Launch a Sports Factory Hub.

We inspire, train and equip churches to lead sports and fitness ministry in their local communities. We do this through our network of Hubs & Games Makers.

Sports Factory is a tried and tested way of introducing Jesus to your local community using Sport and Fitness as the bridge to opening the gospel.

Sign up to be a Sports Factory Hub with one or more Games Makers — individuals seeking committing to give as little as 2 hours a week to start, lead or support a christian sports or fitness session in their local area.

By signing up to be a Sports Factory partner your Hub & Games Makers will gain access to support from our team and our resources.

What We Offer

    • Access to in-person training days during the year

    • Online training sessions with our team

    • Optional pre-season event preparing for the new year with schools  safeguarding, behavioral management, back pocket games and sports and fitness-specific training.  

    • Open day for Games Makers to come and experience and see a whole range of Sports and Fitness ministries that are currently active in Norfolk.

    • Optional weekly online or in-person prayer and bible study,  Regular prayer and stories letter  

    • Be a part of the Sports Factory learning community  

    • Access to our WhatsApp community to share with other sports ministers/volunteers

    • Regular 1-to-1 mentoring opportunity  

    • Advice and support for further qualifications in the specific area of sports or fitness

    • Use of the Sports Factory brand

    • Onboarding session to get you started with web and social media 

    • Stories shared on Sports Factory social media 

    • Signposting on the Sports Factory website to your church/activities

    • Invitation to national tournaments/events

    • Invitation to Sports Factory holidays and fitness retreats  

    • Occasional overseas opportunities

    • Welcome pack  

    • Access to the Members area of the Sports Factory website 

    • Sports Factory branded clothing and goods available to purchase (samples in welcome pack)  

    • Access to our specialist team for one-off events  

    • Additional consultancy & advice available through approved  experienced sports ministers  

    • Access to the active RE programme - a special resource to blend RE  and PE in schools  

    • Blank templates for holiday clubs, session plans and risk assessment (with support on how to complete them for your sessions)

    • Blocks of session plans for Sports and Fitness

    • First access to any new resources that are created for the Sports Factory library.

    • Access to equipment (e.g football cage)
